Objectives:
Ensure that use of AI technologies at the University of New Haven is ethical, fair, transparent, accountable, and maintains data privacy. Establish robust governance structures to ensure the ethical use of AI in education in alignment with the university’s mission.

• AI policy is currently being reviewed by the information security committee
• April Yoder was recently appointed editor-in-chief of the AI and Democratic Values Index (AIDV). Professor Contributes to International Collaboration Examining AI and Democracy.
